Why doesn't the MyCam app work on iOS 11 on the iPhone or iPad?
The MyCam app unfortunately doesn't work anymore on iOS 11. We're currently in the process of fixing and updating the app. When it's up and running again we will mention that here. At this moment we're focussing on releasing the app again in the beginning of January 2018. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
